Meet the Pack

Nicole Meadowcroft
Pack Leader & Founder

I’m Nicole Meadowcroft, and for over 30 years, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding, training, and guiding dogs to become the best versions of themselves. My passion for dogs started at an early age and has grown into a lifelong commitment to helping both dogs and their owners build trust, communication, and leadership—the foundation of any strong pack.

As the Founder and Alpha of Lady Wolf Dog Training, I believe that every dog has untapped potential waiting to be unlocked. Like wolves in a pack, dogs thrive with structure, consistency, and clear leadership. My common-sense, balanced approach to training is designed for owners who feel like they’ve tried everything and need real results. I specialize in working with dogs of all temperaments, from energetic puppies needing a strong foundation to stubborn or reactive dogs that require guidance and redirection.

Beyond Lady Wolf, I have extensive experience in the service dog world, having worked for years training highly skilled dogs for individuals with disabilities, veterans, and first responders. I’m also the President and Executive Director of Custom Canines Service Dog Academy, Inc., where I help match working dogs with the people who need them most.

At Lady Wolf Dog Training, we offer a range of services to meet your needs, including our immersive 10-day Board & Train program, exclusive boarding services for trained dogs, and one-on-one coaching to give you the skills to lead with confidence. Whether you need help with obedience, behavior modification, or strengthening your bond with your dog, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Brooklynn Meadowcroft
Pack Apprentice & Trainer

Hi, I’m Brooklynn Meadowcroft, and dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember! Growing up alongside my mom, Nicole Meadowcroft, I was immersed in the world of dog training from an early age. Watching her work with dogs and their owners sparked a deep passion in me, and I knew I wanted to follow in her footsteps.

For the past four years, I’ve worked at a dog daycare, where I’ve gained invaluable hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Managing playgroups, understanding canine body language, and reinforcing positive behavior has helped me develop a strong foundation in canine care and behavior.

Now, I’m excited to take the next step in my journey as a Pack Apprentice and Trainer at Lady Wolf Dog Training, where I continue to learn and grow under my mom’s expert guidance. My goal is to become a professional trainer, helping dogs and their owners build stronger bonds through leadership, communication, and trust—just like a well-balanced wolf pack.

I believe every dog has the potential to thrive with the right guidance, and I’m honored to be part of that transformation. Whether it’s reinforcing obedience, working through behavioral challenges, or simply ensuring dogs feel safe and understood, I’m here to help.
